On a weekly time frame, DCR is moving inside a big down channel and reached the resistance of this pattern once again.

On a daily time frame, DCR needs to breakout the key resistance zone, which starts from $38 and goes to $40. Once DCR will be able to breakout this key resistance zone, then it can soon breakout the bigger channel as well.
